Pageant Schedule – September 26–27, 2026

• Saturday, September 26

  • 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Welcome Party

    • Meet your director

    • Photography

    • Light bites

    • Icebreakers

    • Gift Exchange (Optional)A fun pageant tradition

    • Exchange within your division or with all contestants

    • Each contestant will also receive a welcome gift

    • Visit the website one week prior for the contestant list

• Sunday, September 27

  • 8:45 AM (Sharp): Rehearsals

    • Location: Hotel Ballroom

    • Contestants only during rehearsals (no exceptions)

    • Please bring your pageant heels/shoes for practice

    • Rehearsals conclude at 10:45 AM

  • 10:45 AM: Dismissal & Lunch

    • Light lunch and snacks will be provided

    • Hotel guests may check out and bring belongings to the dressing room

    • If staying additional nights, you may prepare in your room or use the provided dressing room

    • Dressing room with tables and chairs will be provided

    • Bring your own mirror

    • Hair and makeup artists are not provided—please arrange your own if needed

  • 4:30 PM: Red Carpet

    • Photography will be provided

  • 5:00 PM: Pageant Begins
